Description

The Adhesive-Mount Mini-Plate is a small, adhesive plate that includes a pre-fabricated security slot that allows administrators to easily create an anchor point for a Notebook Guardian, Double Guardian, or nearly any other type of security lock and cable that relies on the security slot.

In addition, most standard security cables can be threaded through the Mini-Plate's double posts, which means the Mini-Plate can be used with PC Guardian's Universal or Screw-Mount Desktop Anti-Theft Packages.

How It Works

Simply insert the patented lock mechanism into the security slot and turn the key as far as the key will go. The lock mechanism adjusts to the size of the security slot.

To ensure a snug fit and enhance theft protection, use the spacers supplied with the Notebook Guardian to eliminate any space between the black nylon bumper and the case. Just snap the spacer onto the black nylon bumper, lining up the nibs on the inside surface of the spacer with the bumper's preformed holes. Insert the lock mechanism into the computer's security slot, and turn the key.
